Why advisers

I used to run a web hosting company, and I learned there that in the early days, resellers are the strongest way in. Your clients already trust you and have a relationship with you, so your opinion on which tool to use carries weight.

Who does what

You

  • Choose the client and the jobs worth handing over.
  • Set up their procedures and skills, with the AI Chief of Staff guiding you through it.
  • Support your client day to day.
  • Set your own price and bill your client. The client relationship is yours.

We

  • Host your container, and keep it updated and backed up.
  • Get you started with an onboarding session, then documentation.
  • Help by email or phone when you’re stuck.

How it’s set up

  • Your own container. Each of your clients gets a separate tenant, so their data stays apart from your other clients’.
  • One view of all your clients. See and manage every client from one place.
  • Your own AI model keys. You hold the account with the AI provider of your choice and pay them directly. Any model works, so no single vendor can switch your clients off.
  • For accountants: Xero. amatis.ai connects to Xero. At Matahui we use it read-only, for reporting and strategy.

Your brand

During the pilot, the app carries the amatis.ai name. By the end of the pilot, it will carry yours: your name, your logo and your own web address.

The pilot

Your first 90 days, on one of your clients, are free. You pay only for your AI model usage.

We start with an onboarding session. After that you work from the documentation, and we’re there when you need us.

In return we ask for two things:

  • Honest feedback on what works and what doesn’t.
  • Permission to share how the pilot went, anonymised if you’d prefer.

We’re taking three pilot partners, each working in a different industry, so we learn the most from each.

After the pilot

  • A monthly base fee, which includes your first client.
  • A fee for each extra client.
  • Your AI model usage, paid directly to your provider.
  • You set the price your clients pay.

We agree the amounts with you at the end of the pilot.

If it doesn’t work out

Your clients are never stranded.

  • Export at any time. Each client’s procedures, skills and data come out in open formats.
  • Move to another route. A client can move to Done for you or Early access with their setup intact.
  • Run it yourself. Once the code is released, you can run the same system yourself under its source-available licence.
