I built the AI system I couldn’t find anywhere else.
Now I work directly with a handful of business owners to build it for theirs — so you get expert results without having to become the AI expert yourself.

Why this exists
I ran an ISP and hosting company through the early days of the internet — when businesses made fast, under-informed calls about a powerful new technology and got burned. I think AI adoption has the same shape right now. Handing a powerful, still-overhyped tool to a non-technical team and hoping for the best isn’t a strategy — it’s the same mistake with a new name.
So I didn’t build a tool. I built a system, and I use it myself, every day, running my own distillery business. Only once it was genuinely useful — not demo-useful, actually-useful — did I start building it for anyone else.
What working with me looks like
Most AI offers teach you to run the tool yourself, then leave. Some hand you a chatbot that looks impressive in a demo and then sits unused — I’ve seen that pattern often enough to know it’s common, not bad luck. I do it differently: I work directly with you, personally, the way you’d brief a consultant — except I stay, and the system keeps getting better the longer we work together.
That matters because two people using the same AI tool get very different results depending on how well they can drive it. You don’t need to become that person. I already am.
Context that compounds.
The system remembers your business — every session builds on the last instead of starting from a blank prompt.
An expert, not a course.
I bring real judgement to the work, rather than handing you something to figure out alone.
Privacy-first, model-agnostic.
Zero data retention, no training use, your data and trade secrets stay yours — with an on-prem roadmap for anyone who wants it.
Works with what you’ve already got
You don’t need to rip out your existing systems to do this properly. I connect to what you’re already running rather than asking you to replace it — the point is to make your business work better, not to hand you a second set of software to maintain alongside the first.
No lock-in
There’s no long-term contract. I work with you month to month, and if it stops being useful to you, you’re free to walk away — that’s on me to keep earning, not something I ask you to commit to upfront.
Small is the advantage, not the excuse
Big businesses are locked into process built for a pre-AI world. You’re not. It’s genuinely easier for a small, lean team to move to an AI-first way of working than for a large one to unwind years of habit — you don’t need to catch up, you need to move first.
Proof, not promises
- Matahui Distillery
I built this on Matahui, my own distillery business, before I offered it to anyone else — compliance admin and marketing content are both real, ongoing costs for a business our size, and this is what freed up time to grow instead of just keeping up.
- A small charity
It’s also being used by a small charity to surface donor stories that were sitting buried in routine internal reporting, never turned into the content that could have told them.
Both are real, ongoing engagements — not demos.
Working with a small number of businesses, on purpose
I’m one person. That means I can only work directly with a small number of businesses at a time — right now I’m looking to work with a handful more. That’s a deliberate limit, not a waitlist for something bigger later: the whole point is that I’m the one doing the work with you.
If that sounds like what you need, the next step is a conversation, not a form.
What’s next, if we work together
Most engagements start with a straightforward audit of where AI could actually help your business — not a generic AI-readiness checklist, a real look at where your time and money are going right now. From there we build what’s actually useful, together.
